Make your devices hard to acess- 
If your device is always close to you it wont be a struggle to immdiatly use it, instead put it somewhere you wouldnt want to constantly take it from.
Be aware of the time you spend-
you may not realise but the amount you spend may be too much than normal so make a specific time you will get off your device maybe using a timer.
Plan break times-
Make some break times you will have during the day try and make them outdoors to help you have some fresh air.
Rearrange your desktop or search engine- 
By doing this it will make it harder for you to use shortcuts to get to your favourite sites.
